Orange Banana Frosty

1 frozen banana
½ cup plain fat-free yogurt (choose a vitamin D fortified yogurt like Stonyfield Farm plain organic fat-free yogurt)
½ cup calcium & vitamin D-fortified orange juice


Makes 2 servings.  Each serving contains:  130 calories, 32 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber, 4 grams protein, 0 grams fat, 250 mg calcium, and 75 IU vitamin D.
