Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
A delicious way to get cancer-fighting beta-carotene and fiber without the “extra” ingredients in typical frozen French fry products
2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into strips
1/8 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
Olive oil spray
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Put sweet potatoes & all seasonings into a plastic bag. Zip it closed and shake!
- Coat baking sheet with olive oil spray and arrange seasoned potatoes on the sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes and flip the potatoes
- Bake another 10 minutes
