Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

A delicious way to get cancer-fighting beta-carotene and fiber without the “extra” ingredients in typical frozen French fry products

2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into strips
1/8 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
Olive oil spray


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Put sweet potatoes & all seasonings into a plastic bag.  Zip it closed and shake!
  3. Coat baking sheet with olive oil spray and arrange seasoned potatoes on the sheet.
  4. Bake 10 minutes and flip the potatoes
  5. Bake another 10 minutes

Serves 4
